Working Hours: 07:00 - 19:00 (two-day shifts), 19:00 - 07:00 (two night shifts), four days off

About the Role
As a Multi Skilled Technician, you'll provide essential facilities support services across our client site. You'll handle a variety of maintenance and business support tasks, reporting to the site supervisor for reactive, planned, and ad hoc maintenance.
Main Duties
- Perform weekly and monthly planned maintenance (e.g., fire alarm tests, water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests).
- Take monthly utilities meter readings.
- Respond to reactive repairs.
- Replace defective lighting.
- Conduct minor building repairs, decorating, and plumbing.
- Handle general office cleaning for remote sites (by exception).
- Assist with moves, furniture management, and other porterage duties.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work orders.
- Comply with Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
- Complete required documentation, including RAMS, and adhere to all permits.
- Participate in standby rota for emergency calls outside normal hours.
- Provide cover for holidays and sickness absence.
- Assist all trades within the team and complete tasks outside your core skills with proper training.
- Deliver excellent customer service, keeping building occupants informed of work progress.
- Proactively report maintenance or H&S issues to the help desk and manager.

- Experience in building maintenance.
- Good understanding of health and safety in a building environment.

- Willingness to undertake further training.
- Ability to schedule and manage additional/remedial works.
- Experience writing and following risk and method statements.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of building statutory compliance.
- Accurate record-keeping on worksheets and computer systems.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Desire to achieve success for yourself, the business, and the customer.
- Flexible approach to work and hours (subject to the EU Working Time Directive).
- Professional appearance and use of uniform and PPE.
- Responsibility for maintaining a safe working environment as per Health and Safety regulations.
