Parts Advisor - Nr Slough
Must be able to drive - Driving licence is essential
We have a fantastic opportunity for one of our clients, they are looking for a Parts Advisor to join their team.
The successful candidate will have current or recent automotive parts or aftersales experience; main dealer experience would be an advantage.
You must be well presented, very enthusiastic and be 100% committed to delivering the highest standards. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, be computer literate and be able to fulfill administrative duties.
Previous experience within the motor trade industry is desirable but not essential. Previous use of Kerridge/Keyloop systems would be advantageous, however full training will be provided upon successful appointment.

Responsibilities
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers and provide assistance in parts selection and ordering.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to track inventory, orders, and parts information accurately.
- Demonstrate phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries and processing orders.
- Maintain a well-organized parts department to ensure efficient workflow and easy access to inventory.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely delivery and availability of parts.
- Utilize organizational skills to keep track of parts, orders, and customer requests effectively.
