Position: Total Reward Advisor

Role Overview:
The Total Reward Advisor will support the delivery of cyclical reward activities and maintain the company’s job architecture while advising stakeholders on the Total Reward package. The role emphasizes process improvements to enhance efficiency in driving the people agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate data for insights related to Total Reward and HR.
  • Support pay review processes, ensuring data validation and integrity.
  • Maintain job architecture and complete salary survey submissions for benchmarking.
  • Assist with legislative disclosures (e.g., gender pay gap reporting).
  • Update core employee data for benefits and bonus schemes.
  • Support Total Reward projects aimed at continuous improvement.
  • Address general queries from the Total Reward and HR teams.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a HR or Reward role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to change.
