Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Programme Manager within the foundation department on a part-time 0.8 FTE Basis.

Programme Manager

As the Programme Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our students by leading a high-performing and efficient department. Your responsibilities will include promoting high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment, as well as undertaking quality improvement activities to support the needs of the curriculum area. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading the strategic growth of the curriculum area, developing the curriculum offer to meet the evolving needs of students and employers, and working collaboratively with staff to foster a culture of self-assessment and continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the College's planning, marketing, and promotional activities to maximise recruitment in the curriculum area. In addition to these specific duties, you will also be responsible for promoting a safe and inclusive learning and working environment, safeguarding the welfare of students, and keeping up-to-date with relevant industry and academic developments.
