General Manager - Maidenhead, SL6 1SQ

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Manager to join our venue in Maidenhead. The venue has about to undergo a major refurbishment. The venue will comprise of a sophisticated lounge bar with newly built VIP areas.

As a company we operate 5 gentlemen's clubs with the ambition to open more, providing our staff and management opportunities to grow and develop.

This vacancy is at our venue in Maidenhead. We are looking for candidates that can uphold our company standards, deliver exceptional service, and help run the venue smoothly and with professionalism. The venue is licenced to operate 7 days per week.

The role requires the candidate to have:

Knowledge of retail stock (Preferably in a wet sales led environment).
The candidate must hold a personal license and have nightclub/bar management experience.
A good communicator with a good marketing background.
Ability to manage staff rotas and back of house admin.
Operational excellence with an ability to control finances.
Experience with gentlemen's clubs advantage but not essential.
