Are you a drama graduate with a passion for care, drama therapy, and supporting children with special educational needs? Milk Education is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join a specialist school in Maidenhead as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA). This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a rewarding role that could pave the way for a future career in SEN teaching or drama therapy.
This role involves supporting children with low to high support autism, many of whom have a cognitive age and physical ability below their stated age. Responsibilities include personal care, changing, and feeding, as well as creating engaging and supportive learning environments. The school day runs from 8:30 am to 3:45 pm, Monday to Friday, offering a structured yet dynamic work schedule.
