- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows-based environments.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
- Configure and manage Hyper-V, SharePoint Online, and networking infrastructure.
- Support firewalls (Meraki, Draytek, Sophos) and cloud-based services.
- Deliver excellent customer service and mentor junior team members.
- Full UK work rights and driving licence.
- Willingness to travel across the UK.
- 3+ years’ experience in a Technical Engineer or similar IT support role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Expertise in:
- Windows Server 2012+, Windows 10+.
- Networking (DNS, routing, switching, security).
- Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, SharePoint Online.
- Firewall management (Meraki, Draytek, Sophos).
- Recognised IT accreditations (Microsoft, Cisco, HP ASE).
- VoIP (Gamma), MS Teams, cloud-based platforms.
- Cisco/HP network infrastructure knowledge.
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, batch files, VBScripts).
- Experience in an MSP environment.
- Professional, punctual, and reliable.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Eager to learn and mentor others.
