Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new EDI partners, including SAP setup and testing.
  • Test inbound and outbound transmission of EDI documents as well as other formats to make sure specifications are followed per the requirements of the client.
  • Collaborate with the managed service provider to ensure seamless integration and communication between external partners and our SAP system.
  • Work closely with MS provider to resolve EDI-related issues, providing support to both internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain documentation related to EDI processes, configurations, and partner specifications.
  • Collaborate with the EDI Manager to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of EDI standards (e.g. EDIFACT, ANSI X12).
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in an EDI or IT support role is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of EDI mapping and translation software.
  • Experience with managed service providers for EDI.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes and terminology.
