Key Responsibilities for the Head Of Manufacturing Engineering Manager:

  • Leadership and Vision:** Lead the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) and Automation teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Process Improvement:** Drive business process and productivity improvements through the implementation of best-in-class manufacturing techniques.
  • Capacity and Capability:** Ensure manufacturing processes and equipment align with business Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) requirements.

 

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced manager who has successfully implemented automated manufacturing processes into a business. Experience in the Aerospace, Defense, or Automotive industries is preferred.

  • Strong technical background in electro-mechanical engineering, automation, and robotics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred

  • Ability to ensure manufacturing processes and equipment meet business requirements.
  • Successful implementation of automated manufacturing processes in a business.
  • Preferred experience in Aerospace, Defense, or Automotive industries.
