Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (8+ years PQE)

Our client is a dynamic, high-growth law firm, consistently ranked in the Legal 500 for its expertise in commercial property law. With over 100 years of success, the firm continues to build on its strong foundation by expanding its Maidenhead office due to a surge in high-value commercial property work. It is now seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (8+ years PQE) to join its highly regarded team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice on Commercial Leases (Landlord & Tenant matters) with a focus on high-value and complex transactions
  • Lead Buying & Selling Commercial Properties, handling leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals for major clients
  • Advise on Development & Planning, supporting large-scale commercial developments
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the trusted advisor for owners, occupiers, investors and developers

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years' PQE in Commercial Property law, with a proven track record in complex commercial property transactions
  • Demonstrable experience advising a wide range of commercial clients, including landlords, tenants, developers and investors
  • A client following is highly desirable, though not essential
  • Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, with an eye for detail and a focus on delivering practical, commercial solutions
  • A strong business development mindset, with a proactive approach to building client relationships and expanding the firm's commercial property practice
