Our client is seeking a Housing Solicitor to join a well-established legal team in Maidenhead, providing expert advice and support on property law issues.

Description

  • Solid experience across a broad range of housing & property legal matters including assignment & succession, possession claims, tenancy breaches, non-occupation/subletting, anti-social behaviour, service charge matters/disputes, property disrepair case management, providing legal & commercial client advice on the same.
  • Full understanding of the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Disrepair cases and broader Civil Procedure Rules
  • Sound experience in dealing with all aspects of legal disrepair case management up to court attendance & representation.
  • Experience in claims settlement and negotiation
  • Experience of legal case management in wider housing matters (tenancy breaches, anti-social behaviour and rent arrears plus landlord rights of access).

Profile

A successful Housing Solicitor should have:

  • Qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 3 years relevant PQE.
  • Significant experience in property law.
  • Strong knowledge of housing legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
