My client is seeking an experienced Interim Legal Conveyancing Secretary to join their well-established law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to support a busy conveyancing team on a temporary basis, with an immediate start.

Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to solicitors specialising in residential and commercial property conveyancing.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents such as contracts, transfers, and leases.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other third parties, managing communications effectively.
  • Handle diary management, scheduling appointments, and maintaining electronic filing systems.
  • Assist with the completion of Land Registry forms and other necessary documentation.
  • Conduct searches and deal with post-completion tasks.
  • General office duties, including scanning, filing, and answering phone calls.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced legal secretary with a strong background in conveyancing, able to manage a variety of tasks and work well under pressure.
