Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' financial goals and recommend tailored mortgage and protection solutions.
- Mortgage & Protection Sales: Successfully sell a range of mortgage and protection products, ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
- Lead Generation: Actively seek new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to FCA regulations and industry best practices to maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and industry partners to build a loyal customer base and generate repeat business.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- CeMAP Qualified: Possess a recognized qualification in mortgage advice.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a successful history of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
- Product Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of a wide range of mortgage products, lender criteria, and protection policies.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate complex financial information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Negotiation Skills: Negotiate favourable terms for clients and build strong relationships with lenders.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.
What’s on Offer:
- Competitive Salary: A competitive basic salary of £27,000 - £31,000 per annum, including car allowance and a generous commission structure.
- Financial Guarantees: to £600 per month for 6 months.
- High Earning Potential: Achieve an OTE of £50,000 in your first year and £75,000 in subsequent years.
