The Role
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you'll support cutting-edge production processes and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:
- Production Support: PCB testing, fault-finding, and optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Process Innovation: Implement controls, analyze designs, and optimize manufacturing methods.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Support DFMEA, design optimization, and value engineering.
- Testing & Development: Create advanced testing equipment for electronic and RF systems.

What You’ll Need
- 3+ years in manufacturing/engineering with electronics and RF expertise.
- Hands-on experience with PCB design, testing, and fault analysis.
- Proficiency in simulation software, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
- Degree in Electronics Engineering; Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it).
- Experience with NPI and RF systems, plus a passion for innovation!
