The Role
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you'll support cutting-edge production processes and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Production Support: PCB testing, fault-finding, and optimizing manufacturing processes.
  • Process Innovation: Implement controls, analyze designs, and optimize manufacturing methods.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI): Support DFMEA, design optimization, and value engineering.
  • Testing & Development: Create advanced testing equipment for electronic and RF systems.

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years in manufacturing/engineering with electronics and RF expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with PCB design, testing, and fault analysis.
  • Proficiency in simulation software, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
  • Degree in Electronics Engineering; Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it).
  • Experience with NPI and RF systems, plus a passion for innovation!
