A professional, friendly, global finance organisation is looking for a Team Administrator to provide support to a Team of Advisers. Previous experience supporting a team with administration is essential, along with good MS Office skills.

Location - Maidenhead

Hours - 9.00 - 5.00

Responsibilities

  • Request, maintain and follow up as necessary on servicing for London Operations Accounts and Connected Business accounts requiring services to ensure timely delivery of products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Support team in its efforts to achieve meaningful improvement.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of engineering documentation to our clients.
  • Generate and compile information for Advisers to use during presentations and meetings.
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries and/or directs to appropriate personnel.
  • Liaising with internal departments such as Work Assignment or Client Services teams.
  • Ad hoc administration tasks as requested.

Skills/Experience

  • Proven experience supporting a work group and/or manager, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to get along with various levels of the teams as well as with clients and brokers.
  • Strong technical skills, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office applications such as Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Customer oriented, a team player, as well as the ability to adapt and understand cultural differences.
