Job Description

MILWAUKEE® Tool is an industry-leading manufacturer of Heavy-Duty Power Tools, Accessories, Outdoor Power Equipment, Hand Tools, Storage and Personal Protective Equipment for Professional Users worldwide.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Digital Communication Manager the successful applicant will work across all aspects of Digital Marketing to ensure MILWAUKEE®’s key messages are successfully exposed to the right audiences.

This role is based in Maidenhead, but European travel will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of identifying revenue potentials in each trade across EMEA. This modelling should be implemented into the CRM platform and rolled out across Europe.
  • Build central email marketing campaigns across EMEA at a B2B and B2C level. Creating trade-focused email workflows ensuring content is timely, relevant and engaging.
  • Work with Digital Heads within local markets to sign off and schedule local email campaigns, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
  • Create and distribute monthly Asset Packs for key distributors across EMEA to utilise across their digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the local markets to ensure data capture is conducted at local events and across the Jobsite Solution team. Ensure GDPR guidelines are met and data captured offline is aligned with the master database fields. Be responsible for uploading the data to CRM in a timely manner.
  • Manage and execute the Prize Every Month campaign, ensuring monthly emails are created and sent, winners are selected and prizes are distributed.
  • Work with the wider Brand Team to ensure content is created that drives engagement and increases audience across social channels
  • Take digital ownership of product categories, ensuring landing pages are created and updated where needed and product page content is populated with images and videos before launch.
  • Take digital ownership of trades, ensuring web content is created and new leads are captured building a solid database to communicate with.
  • Support EMEA Marketing team at European events.
  • Keep on top of the latest Digital Marketing trends and best practices, sharing insights with wider team and local markets.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing
  • Must have great communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent copywriting skills, taking technical information from different sources and writing bespoke content for various digital channels
  • Strong analytical/ numeracy skills
  • A team player that can also excel when working independently
  • Have a creative mindset
  • Wiliness to travel
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred, but not essential
  • Strong knowledge of Power tools will be advantageous
  • Knowledge of additional European languages is desirable but not essential
