My client is looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to work across some exciting schemes!

As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting marketing campaigns, engaging with potential home buyers, and assisting our sales team with everything from content creation to event planning. This role is ideal for someone organised, creative, and passionate about property marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Support: Assist with digital and print campaigns targeting new home buyers.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging social media, website, and email content focused on new homes.
  • Lead Management: Support the sales team in lead generation, CRM updates, and nurturing.
  • Event Coordination: Help plan open houses, model home tours, and community events.
  • Reporting: Track campaign results and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or property is essential
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Access to a vehicle
