Account Director - Maidenhead, Berkshire

£50,000 - £60,000 plus benefits

Our client is a creative consultancy dedicated to integrated business storytelling and they are looking to recruit an Account Director. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, energetic, and committed Account Director who shares their vision and wants to be a key part of the agency alongside the Founder and Directors.

Experience Required

They are looking for an Account Director who can promote the agency’s strategic value in being a valued partner in business storytelling and creative services.

  • Meet quarterly sales targets ensuring profitable project management and delivery.
  • Take full ownership of accounts, acting as first point of contact and ambassador for the company.
  • Responsible for the ongoing management of the Account Management team.
  • Experienced in running reports and analysing insights and will ideally possess in-depth knowledge of various software applications.
  • Develop account strategies and lead and direct the execution of client briefs.

Above all, it is essential that you can multitask in a friendly, specialized, fast paced, intellectually challenging, proactive environment and work quickly to master detail under pressure. The ability to remain calm, build client trust, and bring order to complex tasks with tight deadlines is essential.
