Are you an experienced Complex Care Nurse looking for a flexible and rewarding agency role? We are recruiting for a 1:1 position with one of our clients based in Maidenhead. This is a 3-month contract starting January 2025, offering competitive pay rates of £35£45 per hour.
About the RoleIn this role, you will provide high-quality, personalized care for a patient with complex needs, focusing on spinal cord injury management. Key responsibilities include:
- Bowel management
- Autonomic dysreflexia management
- PEG feeding
- Catheter care
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilation management
- Valid NMC registration (PIN)
- Certification in Tracheostomy and Ventilation
- Proven experience in managing complex care needs, particularly spinal cord injuries.
- A compassionate, professional, and patient-centred approach.
- Competitive hourly pay rate (£45£55 per hour).
- Flexibility of an agency role while providing continuity in a 1:1 setting.
