Are you a highly organised and motivated professional with experience in administration, team management and fleet management? We are looking for a proactive Office Manager to oversee reception services, manage company car fleets, and collaborate with key vendors to ensure seamless operations.

As the Office Manager you will be working for a world-leading commercial property insure where you can be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking environment, where innovation and professional growth are highly valued.

For this opportunity there is a requirement to be onsite daily in Maidenhead and once per month in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise reception teams in Maidenhead and London, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Manage UK and Irish company car schemes, including administration and reporting.
  • Oversee vendor performance, ensuring compliance with service agreements.
  • Handle procurement activities, invoice approvals, and contract reviews.
  • Provide support on projects and step in for the European Administration Manager when needed.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong background in car fleet administration, corporate mobile phone, and service contracts.
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build strong stakeholder and vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications.
