Job Title: Sheltered Housing OfficerContract length: 2 months with a possibility of getting extended. hourly rate: £15.96About the Role: As a Sheltered Housing Officer, you will oversee the daily operations of our high-quality sheltered housing schemes. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the safety, security, and wellbeing of our residents, helping them live independently and stay connected with their community.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tenancy management and support services.
- Create and implement support plans to promote resident wellbeing.
- Liaise with social care, healthcare, and voluntary sectors.
- Organize community events and resident meetings.
- Maximize rent and service charge income.
- Engage residents in service delivery and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
- Conduct welfare checks and tenant assessments.
- Manage low-level anti-social behaviour cases
You need to have an Enhanced DBS.
