Reed Public Sector is actively looking for a temp part time Sheltered Housing Officer for a Housing Association in Berkshire. 

Job Title: Sheltered Housing OfficerContract length: 2 months with a possibility of getting extended. hourly rate: £15.96About the Role: As a Sheltered Housing Officer, you will oversee the daily operations of our high-quality sheltered housing schemes. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the safety, security, and wellbeing of our residents, helping them live independently and stay connected with their community.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tenancy management and support services.
  • Create and implement support plans to promote resident wellbeing.
  • Liaise with social care, healthcare, and voluntary sectors.
  • Organize community events and resident meetings.
  • Maximize rent and service charge income.
  • Engage residents in service delivery and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
  • Conduct welfare checks and tenant assessments.
  • Manage low-level anti-social behaviour cases

You need to have an Enhanced DBS.
