About the Job:In this role you will deal with both weekly and monthly payrolls, maintain accurate records, and support the business with payroll-related queries and reporting. Oracle experience is essential for this role!

Duties will include:•    Ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time•    Managing payroll for around 250 weekly and 3,500 monthly staff.•    Processing timesheets •    Keeping payroll records up to date•    Handling statutory payments like SMP and SSP•    Administering employee benefits, pensions, and third-party payments.•    Ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements•    Supporting payroll reporting •    Answering payroll and benefits queries•    GDPR compliance and other legislation.•    Looking for ways to make payroll processes as efficient and effective as possible.

About You:

  • You need to have experience of working in Payroll and using Oracle. 
  • You’ll be detail-oriented with great numeracy skills. 
  • Be comfortable with Excel (including VLOOKUPs) and enjoy working with others in a large team.
