We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts / Tenders Administration Manager to join a global company at their Head Office in Maidenhead. This is a newly created role as part of the company's growth and there are excellent opportunities for career development within the organisation.

Please note we are looking for candidates with experience of NHS / public sector tender processes. This is a fully office based role.

You will be responsible for Contracts Administration including preparing tender submissions, tracking tender processes, contract preparation and contract maintenance activities. Duties will include;

  • Prepare tender submissions and requests for information, ensuring that responses are submitted on time and to a high standard
  • Oversee the tender process from start to finish including searching, acknowledging receipt, liaising with relevant teams for information, monitoring responses, identiafying potential concerns and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Complete and submit pre-tender qualification questionnaires
  • Prepare and maintain contractual paperwork for new and existing contracts
  • Ensure suppliers are working to agreed standards and KPIs
  • Prepare and distribute contract / tender reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Maintain contracts admin database and implement policy guidelines and sign-off procedures
  • Confirm contract pricing to relevant departments and monitor contractual demand versus obligation

Prior experience in a similar role is essential, experience of NHS / public sector tender processes would be highly advantageous.
