Are you passionate about supporting children with autism and making a real difference in their lives? Milk Education is seeking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a specialist school catering for pupils aged 4-16, with a range of autism support needs (low to high).
This role is ideal for EYFS graduates and non-graduates with experience working with babies, nursery-aged children, or providing personal care. You will play a vital role in supporting children’s learning, personal development, and well-being in a structured and nurturing environment.

The Role:
- Supporting children in Primary and Secondary mixed-ability classes.
- Assisting with personal care (feeding, toilet care, hygiene).
- Engaging in activities that promote social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Working within a school that values neurodiversity, cultural diversity, and evidence-based approaches.
- Supporting pupils through Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), personalised curriculums, and various therapies.
