Receptionist/ Residence Host (Saturdays ONLY)

Our client, a leading organisation in the hospitality sector, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Receptionist/ Residence Host to join their team in Maidenhead. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences, this could be the perfect role for you. This role is Saturday's only working from 9am-6pm.


Concierge/ Residence Host (Saturdays only) - permanent
Maidenhead
9am-6pm
27,000 pro rated. At one day a week that's 0.2fte (20%) making the salary 5,400 per annum.


Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, colleagues, couriers, and contractors, warmly welcoming all with a friendly and professional approach.
Confidently challenge any unknown visitors in a personable and professional manner.
Assist residents with queries about premises facilities, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Stay current with residents and neighbourhood activities, providing recommendations about the local area, attractions, and upcoming events.
Oversee parcel and postal delivery services, ensuring proper use of rental boxes and notifying residents of deliveries.
Support resident move-ins and move-outs as instructed by the Resident Management team.
Assist with viewings of homes when needed.
Uphold general oversight of safety and compliance measures, communicating effectively with relevant teams.
Facilitate daily shift handovers to ensure the smooth continuation of investigations and resolution of outstanding issues.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of strong customer service experience within residential and/or service sectors.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and systems knowledge (e.g., Yardi/RentCafe/Hubspot).
