My client is a Heritage Conservation company, specialising in stone masonry, plaster work and the decorative arts (specialist decorating, sculpture, mosaics, wall paintings).
I am recruiting Junior project managers to manage a few small projects ranging from 500,000 to 1 million.
All roles are hybrid - site/workshop/home based.
Responsibilities
The role involves managing a portfolio of conservation projects, ranging in size from 5000 up to 1m+. You will be responsible for the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and sustainable workmanship. You will be comfortable managing contractual variations, programming, providing guidance and feedback to our site and workshop teams, and approach heritage conservation with sensitivity, understanding and passion. You will ensure all your projects are run effectively, make a profit and are high quality.
Qualifications
You will have demonstrable experience in the conservation and heritage sector.
SMSTS and relevant H&S training, clean driver's license and vehicle.
Appropriate Management Qualifications desirable.
