What the role as Therapy Support Assistant entails:

• You will be facilitating and providing specific interventions to aid in the children's learning
• You will facilitate a safe and secure environment for learning to take place

• You will keep track of their academic achievements
• Have a good understanding of the importance of safeguarding

Qualities you will need to be a great Therapy Support Assistant:

• Be patient and willing to adapt your approach to meet the needs of the students
• Experience working with children and especially children with SEN will be advantageous but not essential
