We are looking for a Construction Estimator to join a Principle Contractor based near Maidenhead.
They are increasingly winning multi-disciplinary projects direct from clients, and as a result they are keen to recruit an experienced Construction Estimator.
Projects are typically located across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Wiltshire and Buckinghamshire and are in the Light Industrial, Commercial, NHS and Defence sectors with Project Values ranging from 250k up to 10 million.
The successful candidate will be engaging with specialist subcontractors, pulling together costs and reviewing submissions for Interiors & Construction packages.
The role is hybrid with up to 4 days a week from home and 1 day a week in the company head office.
A varied an interesting role, the successful candidate MUST be able to demonstrate some broad Construction & Interiors Package Estimating experience.
With great long term career prospects and the chance to work on some diverse projects the role comes with a basic salary of 85k-120k, ( DOE) 5k Signing On Bonus, plus company car/car allowance, pension, medical and 25 days holiday & company bonus.
