Job Duties:- Conduct cost analysis and estimate project costs
- Prepare tender documents and contracts
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial control
- Monitor and report on project progress and costs
- Provide advice on procurement and contract issues
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Scope:We are currently working on a variety of wastewater projects within the Thames water portfolio. There will be a mix of projects ranging from smaller capital maintenance to large civil new build schemes. You will be involved in the design, construction, commissioning and putting to work of contracts to ensure they are completed in the most efficient manner. All within the time required, the tender estimate and minimising Carbon and sustainability impacts without risk to the health and safety of all concerned while ensuring good customer satisfaction.
Knowledge and Skills and Experience:- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy

- AMP7
- Master's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Additional certifications in project management
The role may involve travel to project sites and working in an office environment.Â
