CSC Recruitment are currently seeking to speak to a proven Senior Quantity Surveyor based in West London or Western Home Counties. This Senior Quantity Surveyor role is oversee the completion of a 25m new build JCT D&B single residential dwelling out in Oxon which has already been procured and about to start on site. All projects based in West London afterwards.
This contractor has a wealth of construction and engineering experience working alongside some of the most discerning clients and exceptional brands. The types of schemes we deliver include new build, heavy and structural refurbishments, and fit out.
Their turnover has consistently reached 150 million per annum, with them picking and choosing the projects they tender for and the clients they work alongside.
Most projects are in Central London, and they are part of the construction process at an early stage, unlocking the challenges and being involved in the design development process and key decision making on procurement, timing and logistics.
You will report into the Managing Surveyor and have previous experience of PRIME residential, heritage buildings, hotels, museums and commercial projects of structural refurbishment, new build and some fitout.
