Principal Consultant / Team Leader - Maidenhead or Bristol

We’re hiring an experienced recruitment professional to join our team in either our Maidenhead or Bristol office.
Our specialist areas include:
Executive including; CxOs, VPs, Sr Executives, Project, Program Management, Sr Design, Technical Management, Operations, Procurement, FAEs, Sales, Marketing.
Analog including; Analog, Mixed Signed & RF IC Design, Layout from CMOS to FinFET and beyond, Post-Silicon, ATE Test, Characterisation, Evaluation, CAD / EDA.
ASIC including; Front end, ASIC / RTL Design to GDSII, Verification, Physical Design.
Software including; Embedded, AI & ML, Telecoms, 6G & Beyond, Cloud, DevOps, Security, Cryptography, HPC, CPU, GPU, Compiler.
HW Electronics & Engineering including; SMPU, Power Electronics, RF Engineering, PCB, HW Electronics.
IC Manufacturing including; Process, Equipment & Service Engineers. Device, Simulation, Characterization, wafer test, Quality, Reliability & Failure Analysis, Epitaxy
Our latest opening comes within our Software division, working across both permanent and contract markets. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building new business, developing strong client relationships, and delivering results in a fast-paced, technical recruitment environment.
The desk is active and presents excellent growth potential. We’re looking for someone who brings both confidence and commercial awareness - someone who can spot opportunities, take ownership, and build something of real value.
This role is open to those currently operating at Principal Consultant level, or ambitious Senior Consultants ready to step into a leadership role. Depending on your experience, there is scope to take on management responsibilities and help grow a team around you.
You’ll be trusted to run your own desk, supported by a collaborative and experienced team. We offer a clear pathway for development, along with the tools and flexibility to succeed.
