Recruitment Consultant

Frontline Recruitment is looking for EXPERIENCED Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Maidenhead. Our ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, a professional image, and can be a team player.

We’re looking for a results driven, self-motivated and dedicated person with resilience, and dedication to succeed that we’re looking to bring to this team based in Maidenhead we are flexible with hybrid working as it will be your desk to manage so a mixture of time between the office client visits and home as it is important to us that the job fits around you as well and your work life balance maybe if that is due to childcare or other commitments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone calls to prospective clients and candidates.
• Gaining client and candidate traction
• Business development
• Follow up with candidates to see if they are interested in the position.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to fill open positions.
• Maintain a high level of client engagement and generate new business.
• Communicate with candidates regularly via phone or email.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in sales, business development

Sector can be dependent on you we have a strong footing in Industrial Logistics engineering and commercial but if you have worked previously in another sector then we are very open for the discussion
