A unique opportunity for an award-winning creative brand experience agency to work as part of the senior management team. 

The company

This is a experiential marketing agency that specialise in creating immersive brand experiences. They work with major brands and retailers to design and execute innovative campaigns that engage consumers both in-store and online. Their services range from product sampling and live events to digital activations and influencer partnerships, all aimed at driving brand awareness and customer loyalty. With a strong focus on data-driven insights and creative storytelling, they help brands connect with their audiences in meaningful ways.

The role

They are now looking for an Art  Director to help with the FMCG  pillar of the business and work with some of the biggest clients in the world. This will give you the opportunity to work with global brands and industry leaders and be part of a passionate, supportive and friendly team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ability to ideate, sometimes lead on projects – working closely with team seniors as well as other departments, to achieve commercial and creative objectives
  • Keeping internal departments and project leads updated with progress
  • Showing and building your knowledge around digital and experiential, and sharing with the team
  • Working in the retail environment, it will be touchpoints, and the customer mindset.
  • Working in the FMCG market

The candidate

We are looking for an passionate, creative candidate with experience in the retail industry. You will need to understand and have a passion for the retail/grocery sector, with around 3 years’ experience in a similar role within retail activation/FMCG focused agency. This role is create, develop and deliver award winning creative solutions for existing and prospective clients through engaging and inspirational campaigns.
