The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll take ownership of the company’s invoicing processes, working closely with the sales team and the charismatic Managing Director. Your responsibilities will include:
- Raising sales invoices – Primarily for machinery hours, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolving queries – Addressing invoicing and payment-related inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Credit control – Proactively chasing outstanding payments and managing accounts receivable to support cash flow.
- Collaboration – Communicating effectively with different teams to maintain smooth financial operations.
