A specialist school in Maidenhead is seeking a proactive and dedicated Youth Mental Health Worker to join their team. The school supports children aged 5 to 18 with a variety of social, emotional, and mental health needs, offering an opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, including psychologists and SEN specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with therapists and external specialists.
- Support students with SEMH needs to improve emotional regulation and social skills.
- Provide personalised, targeted support to help students overcome barriers to learning.
