We are looking for a Community Manager to manage a Build to Rent development in Maidenhead, a thriving London commuter town with direct links to Central London via the Elizabeth Line. You will build and maintain strong community relationships while overseeing a team to deliver an exceptional resident experience. As a champion of best practices and innovation, you will drive continuous improvement, ensuring commercial success and long-term value for the neighbourhood. This role comes with significant accountability and decision-making responsibility.

Responsibilities

· Oversee the Marketing & Letting strategy

· Build and develop lettings and property management teams to perform at a consistently high standard

· Play the leading role in organising and delivering events, social and community initiatives to enhance the resident experience.

· Deliver exceptional customer service to residents

· Manage proactive and reactive maintenance schedules

· Set and manage budgets

· Be responsible for Health and Safety of the building

Who are we looking for?

· Previous experience of running and managing a BTR or PBSA site

· ARLA or equivalent industry qualification desirable#

· Experience of leading a team

· Experience in managing budgets

· Exceptional customer service experience

· Excellent knowledge of compliance and health and safety

· Computer literate
