Academics LTD is partnering with a specialist school in Maidenhead that offers tailored support for children aged 5 to 18 with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The school is seeking a compassionate and motivated Emotional & Behavioural Support Assistant to join their team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience working closely with qualified SEN professionals and psychologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with external specialists and psychologists
  • Supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges
  • Helping students develop emotional regulation and improve social skills
  • Demonstrating a genuine interest in working with children or in the SEN field
