Key Responsibilities:
- Assist trained therapists in implementing individualized support plans for students.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to help students develop social, emotional, and behavioural skills.
- Help manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours in a calm and constructive manner.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes well-being and growth.
- Act as a role model, encouraging resilience, confidence, and emotional regulation.
