Windsor Forest College Group is looking for Curriculum & Quality Assistanttojoin the BCA team on a part time basis.

This is for a 22.5 hours per week .

Curriculum & Quality Assistant

As an administrative assistant, your responsibilities include administering the student absence line, updating the College Management Systems, supporting the organization of trips, visits, events, and external visiting speakers, producing monitoring reports, data collection, and checking, maintaining course files, and managing information in a timely manner. You also assist with timetabling and rooming allocation, checking registers and withdrawals/transfers, managing curriculum and quality databases and spreadsheets, collating information for student discipline meetings, assisting with exam entries, supporting the organization and administration of lettings, acting as a clerk for curriculum and academic meetings, organizing meetings, maintaining diaries, filing, managing department budgets, purchases, stationery, and expenditure records, maintaining the sickness reporting process, supporting delivery in College Open Days and other events. Additionally, you are responsible for promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment, safeguarding students, maintaining discipline, staying updated with industry and academic development through continuous professional development (CPD), and adhering to the Group's values
