You will support children with additional needs, helping to deliver an engaging and inclusive curriculum. Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Promote inclusion and creativity in the classroom- Support pupils one-to-one and in small groups, responding to their individual needs- Assist teachers with lesson planning and adapting materials for pupils with SEN- Encourage creative learning through Music, Drama, Art, Sport, or Creative Writing
What We’re Looking For:
- A 2:2 or above in a relevant degree (e.g. Music, Drama, Sports, Art, Creative Writing, Psychology)- Good literacy and numeracy skills- A passion for education and creativity- Experience working with children (desirable but not essential)- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
