Milk Education is looking for Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a specialist autism school supporting pupils aged 4-16 with a range of autism support needs, from low to high.
This role is ideal for Health & Social Care graduates and non-graduates with experience in care work, nursery settings, or personal care. If you have a background in healthcare, social work, or SEN support, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a meaningful difference in children's lives.

The Role:
Supporting children in Primary and Secondary mixed-ability classes.Assisting with personal care (feeding, toilet care, hygiene).Engaging in therapeutic activities that promote social, emotional, and academic growth.
Working within a school that values neurodiversity, cultural diversity, and evidence-based approaches.Supporting pupils through Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), personalised curriculums, and specialist therapies.
