• Work closely with teachers to support the delivery of engaging lessons.
• Provide targeted assistance to students with diverse needs, ensuring every learner feels included.
• Help create a positive and structured classroom environment.
• Support students with additional educational needs (SEN/EAL) in achieving their learning goals.
• Assist with the preparation of resources and activities to enhance learning.
• Monitor and report student progress to teachers and parents.

• Experience working with young people or in an educational setting (preferred but not essential).
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and adaptability.
• A proactive and compassionate approach to student support.
• Familiarity with SEN and inclusive teaching practices (an advantage).
• Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

• Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Any relevant qualifications in education, SEN, or youth work are a bonus.
