About the Role:As an LSA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children with PDA, Autism, and complex needs. PDA is a unique and challenging profile within Autism, characterised by an extreme avoidance of everyday demands and expectations. Working closely with students, you will help them navigate their world through tailored support, creative strategies, and collaborative approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for working with children with Autism and additional needs, particularly those with Pathological Demand Avoidance.
- Patience, empathy, and creativity in your approach to supporting children.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with students and colleagues.
- Experience in SEN or education (desirable but not essential – training will be provided).
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of young people.
- An enhanced DBS check or the willingness to apply for one.
