About the Role:As an LSA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children with PDA, Autism, and complex needs. PDA is a unique and challenging profile within Autism, characterised by an extreme avoidance of everyday demands and expectations. Working closely with students, you will help them navigate their world through tailored support, creative strategies, and collaborative approaches.
