Are you a passionate and dedicated SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs? This outstanding school is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEND Teacher to join our supportive and inclusive team.

About the Role:

As a SEND Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with SEND.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Use a variety of teaching strategies to support students with different learning needs, including those with ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies where necessary.

About You:

We are looking for a teacher who:

  • Holds a UK-recognized teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
  • Has experience working with children with SEND.
  • Is knowledgeable about SEND strategies, interventions, and the EHCP process.
  • Demonstrates patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
