We are currently working with a specialist school in Maidenhead that provides therapy-based support for children aged 5 to 18 with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The school is looking for a compassionate and motivated SEN Specialist to join their dedicated team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside skilled SEN practitioners and therapists.

This position is ideal for individuals interested in building a career in Education, Teaching, or Mental Health. As an SEN Specialist, you'll work closely with children who have Autism, behavioural challenges, sensory processing needs, and communication difficulties. Many students also experience co-occurring mental health conditions, making this role a perfect fit for those with a keen interest in psychology or therapeutic approaches to education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with therapists and external professionals.
