Our client is a luxury bespoke travel operator based in Maidenhead. They are looking for someone with a passion for travel and luxury to join their small team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone either with travel experience or keen to learn and develop their career in a busy and growing business.

The role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and comes with full training.

Main Duties include (although not limited to):

  • Supporting the team's daily operations and logistics
  • Maintaining organised filing systems for both digital and physical documents
  • Taking business-related phone calls and responding in a timely manner to all business-related emails
  • Liaising with service providers, partners, suppliers etc. as required
  • Loading and updating client / booking data into the reservation systems
  • Issuing booking documents (invoices, tickets, itineraries, vouchers etc.)
  • Checking supplier invoices
  • Corresponding with service providers worldwide and requesting reservations in ground-services
  • Conducting relevant industry research

Desired Experience:

  • Experience working in a busy office
  • Proficiency and proven experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent logistical thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, prioritise and coordinate projects, including planning, task organisation and working to deadlines
