Key Responsibilities:
- Receive Deliveries: Accurately receive stock from manufacturing facilities and suppliers, reporting any discrepancies.
- Pick Orders: Promptly and accurately pick customer orders, adhering to FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines.
- Pack & Dispatch: Ensure all customer orders are securely packed and dispatched for safe transit.
- Manage Loan Stock: Handle loan and demo stock for evaluations and exhibitions.
- Conduct Cycle Counting: Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counting.
- Assist with Returns: Support the processing of customer returns to maintain inventory integrity.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: GCSE grade C/5 or above in Maths and English.
- Physical Capability: Ability to assist with the movement of goods as needed.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (like SAP) and Microsoft Office.
- Forklift Licence: Desirable but not essential.
