You’ll work with a varied client base, dividing your time between audit and accounting responsibilities.As an Audit & Accounts Senior, your primary duties will involve:

  • Planning, conducting, and finalizing audits for a wide range of clients.
  • Overseeing the audit process, managing budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
  • Developing audit strategies aligned with clients’ financial and operational goals.
  • Supervising and evaluating the work of junior auditors and trainees.
  • Providing coaching, feedback, and guidance to junior staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with the audit plan and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Serving as the main client liaison throughout the audit engagement.
  • Building and nurturing client relationships, providing regular updates.
  • Addressing client inquiries and offering advice on complex accounting or business issues.
  • Identifying critical business and financial risks within client operations.
To be considered, you should be a part-qualified or fully qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA) with at least two years of audit experience, ideally with experience leading audit assignments. Strong technical knowledge in audit and accounting, along with confidence in managing client relationships, will be essential.In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary, flexible working hours, and on-site parking.
