Reed is working with a Top 15 UK Accountancy Firm, who are seeking a Corporate Tax professional experienced within an advisory role. This position offers a vibrant mix of work and the opportunity to service a diverse client portfolio, including OMBs, family companies, and small to large international groups.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage and oversee corporate tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse client portfolio including OMBs, family companies, and international groups.
  • Tailor the mix of advisory and compliance tasks to align with personal expertise and career aspirations.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advice to large corporates and OMBs, ensuring optimal tax solutions are delivered.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated and comprehensive client service.
  • Keep abreast of tax legislation and regulatory changes to provide informed and compliant advice.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in corporate tax, with a strong foundation in both compliance and advisory roles.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to tax strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for maintaining robust client relationships.
  • Professional tax qualification (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
